Green Fountain Grass

Tender Fountain Grass is a popular ornamental grass native to Africa and the Middle East. It is a perennial plant that can grow up to 1.5 meters tall, but the variety used for landscaping typically grows to a height of 40-60cm. The plant has long, narrow green leaves that can grow up to 60cm in length.

The most distinctive feature of Tender Fountain Grass is its fluffy, bottlebrush-like flowers that bloom in late summer and fall. The flowers are usually pink or purple in color, but there are also white and green varieties available. The flowers are held on long, arching stems that sway gracefully in the wind, giving the plant its characteristic fountain-like appearance.
